Scanare cu Python pe Android/Windows

There is no decode program. The thing that doesn't hits is probably the part. encoding='utf-8. You have to add this section to py. In the test, the py program will check every server that is online is offline.So it doesn't scan.

Cum treceti de aceste elemente de siguranta?Stiu ca ar fi varianta manual,sa incerci pe fiecare in parte,dar sunt vreo 22-24 de tipuri de portal de care stiu eu...
Si inca o intrebare,este vreun script,python,ptr a cauta portale?

How do you bypass these security elements? I know it would be the manual version, to try each one separately, but there are about 22-24 types of portal that I know of...
And one more question, is there a python script to search for portals?
